Note that the timings shown here may be subject to adjustment based on planning, weather on the day and other minor variations.
Use these as a guide only!
Important Notes:
- Staying guests can arrive from 11:00 A.M. and check-in from 12:00 P.M.
- It is recommended that guests leave their luggage in their cars and walk down to check-in as the rooms are near the car park while the bar is down a hill.
- Please do not bring confetti.

| 02:30 P.M. | Ceremony, outdoor venue by the lake, optional indoor venue the Grand Hall |
| 03:00 P.M. | Drinks and canapΓ©s reception and photographs |
| 04:15 P.M. | Guests to make their way to The Coach house ready to be seated for dinner. |
